The owners are the ones who create the bylaws: these are legal rules put in place by the building owners for the benefit of the owners. An unfortunate but necessary part of the council’s mandate is to enforce the rules laid down by the owners to ensure the continued benefit of all. The council attempts to balance enforcement with reason: when there are truly valid circumstances the council will enact judgment in ensuring fairness permits bylaw enforcement to be waived at times.

While every attempt is made to provide current, complete, accurate information, possibility of error in the online copy does exist.
